Micha Bears are very small, they fit comfortably into the palm of your hand. They have a happy nature and their aim is to make you smile and love them.

The bears are made individually with lots of love and care, in small limited editions, from softest & finest mohairs. Apart from the body piece on the 13-15 cm bears, they are entirely stitched by hand. They have glass eyes and their paws are made from finest ultra suede. They are filled with a mixture of polyester fibre, pellets and/or tiny glass beads for added weight.

The bears love to have added accessories like muffs, glove puppets, or they like to cuddle up to a blanket, teddy friend or pet. These tiny items are also hand stitched in miniature fabrics and ultra suede. Pure silk ribbons are used  for the finishing touch. 

The roots of my "Bear Passion" were already laid down in childhood, whilst growing up in Germany, as even then I had a deep love for anything soft, cuddly & furry.
I am now in my 15th year as a Teddy Bear Artist and I still enjoy my work as much as I did in my 1st year. I am completely addicted to Teddy Bears and my collection of Teddy Bears ( which started in early 1991 ) is also still growing. 

One of the highlights of my career as an Artist was, when in 2003 I was honoured with an invitation to Japan to exhibit my bear work.
The bears and I stayed for 10 days in Kurashiki nr. Okayama as well as in Tokyo. We had a great time!
